You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition. By using this site, you represent that you meet these age requirements and are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. ยง 922(g).
All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. You are required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before taking possession of any firearm. Cat-5 Armory reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.
Cat-5 Armory does not ship firearms or ammunition to California. Magazine capacity restrictions apply in certain states. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout. Florida sales tax (7%) applies to all orders.
Payment is processed securely through Intuit Payments Inc. (QuickBooks Payments). We accept major credit cards. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
All firearm sales are final once the background check has been completed and the firearm has been transferred. Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition. Contact us for return authorization.
Cat-5 Armory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
